If you need technical support regarding issues with the online learning management system (error messages, etc.), contact the learning management system provider Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm EST, excluding federal holidays.  Contact information:  support@ziiva.com or 540-777-5621
 

Please provide the following information:

  • The “Program name” they will ask for is either DC PRO or Managing Excellence
  • The “Course name” they will ask for is the name of the DC PRO Lesson for which you are experiencing technical difficulties (The terminology they use is different than the Success Strategies terminology)
  • They suggest you also provide a screenshot of your technical challenge.

 

If you are experiencing issues with “buffering”, ie videos stalling, please do the following:

1) Check to make sure you have high-speed internet access and that it is working properly.
2) Occasional buffering may be unavoidable. If problems persist, please contact laura@opt4success.net and provide the Lesson Number/Name that is experiencing difficulty, as well as time code at which the video is stalling. 

If you are experience an error message while watching videos, please do the following:
  1) clear your browser cache and see if that fixes the issue
  2) if not, contact Laura at Laura@opt4success.net
